Reptilian Sightings-Loveland Frogman

The book goes into the legend of the Loveland Frogman. It discusses sightings (1955, 1972), the appearance of the cryptid (three to four feet tall, large head with eyes bugging out, wide mouth with sharp teeth) and where sightings occur (near water.)

Some sightings involve only one cryptid while others have more than one at a time. There's an odd thing about a couple of sightings have one of the creatures with some kind of sparkling wand-like thing. There's also a missing-time element to at least some of the sightings.

The best known sightings were near Loveland, Ohio, although a similar sighting was in Georgia. The book goes into police sightings and how they changed their story after suffering a lot of ridicule.

Other related things the book goes into are Kappas, alien/human hybrids, 'melon heads' and large amphibian species.

The missing time element ties this into the UFO phenomenon. Sightings are few in number, though.

One thing. The book's title. It's 'Reptilian Sightings.' Frogs are amphibians.
