The book includes various reports including on the Skinwalker Ranch. The book also covers topics such as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, t he Advanced Aerospace Weapon System, the possibility of wormholes at the ranch and how batteries used at the ranch often lose their charge just before an experiment is undertaken.

The 'hitchhiker' effect is noted, this being when a person is involved in something unusual happening at the ranch sometimes something seems to come with that person to their home, causing strange things to happen there.

The orbs can cause cancer. UFO (UAP) sightings are covered which causes me to wonder about all UFO (UAP) sightings and is why, if they are such tremendously advanced interstellar/inter-dimensional? craft shouldn't they be able to totally cloak their appearances?

It seems that they don't even try to which then brings up the question why are they so blatant about their being seen? Is this a sign of arrogance and/or hostility on their part?

The radiation on the ranch is discussed and the various 'layers' related to what is going on in relationship to people are covered.

The book also includes references, appendices and an index.

This is a well-done and fairly complete book.
