Weird Winged Wonders

There is suggested reading, dragons in history and dragons in the Bible discussed. There's also Native American legends about a winged creature that ate humans which all fall into cryptids. There are creatures from the age of dinosaurs like the Pterosaurs that also have a resemblance to some of the flying cryptids of the present day.

One thing brought up is the issue of time portals through which some of these strange beings might be coming through.

Specific examples given in the book include the Thunderbird, Mothman, the Jersey Devil and cleaning fairies..

Some of the links given in the book don't seem to work anymore.

Basically an average book of its type.
