Ranma ½, part 11 number 1

Part 1: Pantyhose Taro Returns!: The story opens with Happosai stealing more underwear. He's attacked on a rooftop and bloodied up. Well, not exactly. It's actually ink he got hit with.

Taro tells about how he saved a girl's life in China but when she asked him his name he fled. He saved two other girls who also asked him his name.

Taro has some water from Jusenkyo that supposedly can change any man into a pious one. Suddenly Akane gets a call from the guide at Jusenkyo and he says there's something about the water they need to know.

Part 2: The Black Secret: The water will turn Happosai into twins if he gets sprayed with it. Ranma saves Happosai from being hit with the water. Taro transforms into his monster self and he's apparently added octopus tentacles to the makeup of his form. He can also spray octopus ink.
