Ranma ½, part 11 number 7

Part 13: The Animal Kingdom: Ranma has been fighting Herb and one punch gets through, exposing, literally, the fact that Herb is a woman. Herb and her two stupid henchmen leave. Cologne explains that they are survivors of the evil Musk Dynasty. They threw female animals into Jusenkyo springs to change them into women then bred with them to make humans with animal abilities. Ranma finds out something Herb did to him prevents him from changing from his Ranma-chan form back to his Ranma form.

Part 14: The Lost Treasure: Herb had hit Ranma-chan with water from the pail of preservation which locks her into girl form. Cologne tells them there is an artifact that can counter the effect of the pail of preservation. To get the pail Ranma-chan will have to fight Herb again.

Ryoga and Mousse say they will help Ranma-chan, but they both really want the pail of preservation for themselves. Soun says if Ranma-chan doesn't win he'll find her a suitable husband, not realizing that if Ranma-chan doesn't win she'll probably be dead.
