Ryoga is being trained in the breaking point technique by Cologne so he can fight Ranma. Cologne tries to get Akane to switch her affections to Ryoga.

Ryoga and Ranma get ready for their fight. Ryoga has Akane tied up hanging in a tree. She's the prize. Ryoga's body has been hardened by his training so he's able to take Ranma's punches.
