Ranma ½, part 3 number 12

A very colorful and rather nice cover on this issue.

Kuno wakes up from a dream about Ranma-chan and Akane wanting him. Kuno then goes to the Tendo household and gives Akane flowers, claiming he has chosen her. Meanwhile Ranma has been knocked into the pool and emerges as Ranma-chan. Kuno takes the flower bundle back, rips in half, and gives one half to each girl. Then he talks about whoever gets to his house first will have him.

Cologne and Shampoo clear it up, saying it's a martial-arts delivery contest. Akane and Ranma also enter the race. The prize is ramen for a year. The race has no specific rules, so knocking somebody over and causing someone to spill their ramen, and be eliminated from the race is fine.

Ranma-chan and Shampoo are the two main leaders, although Akane also gets into the fight from time to time. All three girls arrive at Kuno's house, the target house, at the same time.
