Ranma ½, part 4 number 3

A guy from the neighborhood meets with Soun and Genma to complain about the panty thief that is running amok. It's Happosai, of course. Neither Soun nor Genma want to tackle with Happosai, though. Ranma forces Genma in panda form to attack Happosai, then pours water on himself, changes into Ranma-chan, opens her bra to reveal her breasts to distract Happosai who is soon hit by the falling panda.

Happosai gets mad at Genma and Ranma and starts playing tricks on them like ordering huge amounts of take-out food. Genma and Soun bow to Happosai and apologize but Ranma won't. Ranma gets Akane to sew something on to Happosai's back. It's woman repellant.

Soun and Genma are more than happy to stomp the master whenever Ranma gets the best of him, but the moment Happosai gets going again they cringe. Happosai recovers his strength and is really mad at Ranma.
