Ranma ½, part 7 number 1

Ranma scares Akane while she is watching a horror movie. Shampoo breaks into the room, saying she has returned from China. She has a bell she wants Ranma to wear since she wears the same kind of bell. It would indicate the couple will get married.

Akane wakes up that night screaming as she sees huge eyes looking at her and a voice that says it wants her as her bride. She thinks Ranma was playing a joke, but he was sound asleep. They find out that the bell is worn by a giant cat.

Just then Shampoo busts in again. The cat sees she is wearing a small version of the bell and it thinks she's its bride. The next night the cat shows up again and Ranma is still freaking out about it's being a cat. The cat takes over Genma's body thinking there is no way Ranma will hit his own father, but the cat has badly misjudged the situation.

Shampoo pushes Ranma into the water and he changes to Ranma-chan. The cat immediately thinks it's a new bride. Ranma-chan has reached the breaking point, though, and she goes into the cat mode. The big cat realizes Ranma-chan as a cat is ultra-nasty and leaves, for the moment.
