Ranma ½, Part 7 number 7

Ranma-chan has the right hair color on the cover. Ranma-chan is trying to get Kuno to use his last wish for her, restoring her to her male form all the time.

Ranma-chan says she will do anything if Kuno uses his last wish for her, but Akane shows up and gets angry at Ranma-chan (yet again). Kuno wants a kiss but Ranma-chan can't go through with it. Kuno wishes for a statue commemorating their first 'date' and thus uses up his final wish.

One of the strangest and, frankly, one of my least favorite characters shows up, the Gambling King, who supposedly always wins. He ends up with ownership of the dojo. The thing is, the guy later is proven to be a major cheat at cards.
