Ranma is playing the Gambling King in Old Maid. Akane sees how the Gambling King cheats. Ranma is able to out-cheat the cheater, though, and wins.

In China, some people are trying to find the location of the Dragon's Whisker and they threaten a guy. The Tendo's find out about a gang that is attacking people who have pigtails. The gang is a bunch of really short guys that look like pork buns.

Genma, Akane and the others want to know the secret of Ranma's pigtail.
