Ranma ½, part 7 number 10

There's a bunch of odd-looking beings following Ranma, wanting to get hold of the dragon's whisker that is in his hair. Happosai finds out about it and also wants to take it from Ranma. The bun-looking beings manage to get the whisker from Ranma.

Ranma explains to Akane hold he ended up with the dragon's whisker when she sees how incredibly fast his hair grows without it. She gets the whisker back and puts it back into Ranma's pigtail.

Genma then joins the battle to get the whisker from Ranma. He manages to steal the hair. Cologne shows up and tells Ranma that unless he gets the whisker back in he will go bald.
