Ranma ½, part 8 number 12

Ranma's on the cover of this one, although his clothes are more in the style of Ryoga's.

Part 23: The Snap of elastic: Ranma-chan and the others are fighting Pantyhose Taro who is heading directly for Akane. Happosai gets her out of the way while the others hit Taro. The problem is they fall into cold water and Mousse, Ryoga and Shampoo all change. Ranma-chan is left to fight Taro and she wins, knocking him into a hot spring.

Taro returns to his human form. Taro is about to reveal what it is that Happosai did to him that is so bad.

Part 24: What's in a Name?: Taro calls Ranma a cross-dresser, and Ranma calls Taro a nylon queen. There's a flashback that shows how Happosai gave Taro his name. He wants Happosai to change his name but Happosai refuses.
