Ranma ½, part 9 number 8

Ranma realizes that if he gets depressed enough he can use the same attack that Ryoga does, the shishi hokodan. Meanwhile Ryoga has figured out the final secret of the technique. Ryoga gets Akane to say she hates him and he then releases a massive shishi hokodan blast.

Ranma and Ryoga fight but they are sort of evenly matched, but Ryoga says he's going to finish Ranma off.
