The Evil Wakes

It seems that both Ranma and Akane's fathers studied under the same master-Happosai. Unfortunately for them Happosai's moral code was not quite up to par, and so he ended up continually sticking both men with his restaurant bills and practicing his lechery at every opportunity he gets.

This flows into the second story which about Ranma and Ryoga's belief that a cure for their curses is to be found under the girls locker room. If that isn't hard enough they have to contend with the chaos created by Happosai who has a hobby of collecting girl's panties. They tend to beat the stuffing out of him over and over, but he comes back for more each time.

These are both pretty funny episodes and the tape is worth getting.
