The Crime Master

This is a fascinating story. The Crime Master is extremely careful how he sets up a crime. He has a special set-up he uses to position markers indicating the police and his own various levels of criminals. He plans where any attack from the police might come and, for a while, he manages to stage successful crimes.

The Shadow will not come through this adventure unscathed, also. He's vulnerable just like anyone else to a bullet wound. A lot goes on in the story, pitting the organizing skills of the Shadow vs. the organizing skills of the Crime Master. He's probably one of the most intelligent criminals the Shadow has yet faced.
