Archie Shadow Series

Archie comics put out their own series of Shadow comics. The Shadow in this series had blonde hair (or sometimes dark hair), wore a purple outfit and a green cape, and the stories dealt with Shiwan Khan. He was also able to shoot out hypnotic rays or something from his eyes and could hypnotize a whole group of people at one time.
