Archie The Shadow, issue 7

Still another Shiwan Khan-inspired story, this one involving Khan making a guy huge and strong. The guy is called The Brute and he wears special glasses that will protect him from The Shadow's hypnotizing eyes (which have become a one-trick pony for him.)

As is to be expected, the Brute is able to beat up the Shadow. Khan tries to double-cross the Brute, and Margo gets involved. The Brute sacrifices his life to keep a big rock from crushing her.

It's no wonder this series only lasted eight issues as they show virtually no understanding of the actual nature of The Shadow at all.
