The Shadow Knows, part 9: The Shadow Movie
The 1994 Shadow film.
One of the ideas behind the movie was that the Shadow knew what evil lurks in the hearts of men because he, himself, had dealt with that evil in himself.
The Shadow's high-altitude fight is based on a couple of Shadow pulp covers.
The dagger is based on a real Tibetan dagger.
The mirrored-room showdown in the film is related to this pulp cover. This section of the documentary is pointing out how various things in the movie were based on things from the actual Shadow series of pulps.
