The master reveals his forces are moving to attack New Jersey. He plans to take over the state, then eventually the entire nation. Meanwhile Zorro and the Spider, along with a whole mob of people who had been in a Justice Party concentration camp attack the building The Shadow and the others are in. Then they find out who the master actually is.
