The Shadow serial, part 11: Chinatown Night

The Shadow rises from the rubble.
The police chase the Shadow.
The Black Tiger is mad since the bank robbery didn't work.
One of the rich guys has been kidnapped again.
One of the crooks talks to Lin Chang.
The crook explains how the trap is supposed to work.
The crook phones the other rich guys to tell them the banker will be killed in fifteen minutes.
The crook calls the commissioner, pretending that he is the Shadow, and the commissioner can't tell the difference between their voices.
The Shadow pulls the guy's chair back so it falls, and the gun goes off missing him.
Lamont says he's invented something to nullify the ray that destroys planes.
The Black Tiger tells the crooks to steal the plans for the nullifier. They blow up the safe just as the Shadow is standing in front of it.
