The Shadow serial part 15: The Shadow's Net Closes
Lamont is okay.
Lamont tells Weston about the gas attack. He's checking something he found at the club.
Weston tells Cardona to have the members of the Cobalt Club arrested and brought into headquarters.
Weston tells Lamont that the members of the Cobalt Club have disappeared.
The papers put that in headlines.
They've all been captured and are in a cell. A Black Tiger message is broadcast into the cell.
Lamont measures the actual size of the lair and compares it to the building plans to locate exactly where the lair is.
Lamont crashes the cab through the garage wall.
He gets into a fight with the crooks.
He enters the lair itself.
The Shadow shoots the ray projector, or whatever it is, and Marshall of the Cobalt Club is revealed.
The Shadow tells him the police know who he is.
Lamont reveals his identity.
Harry fights the last two crooks while Lamont fights Marshall.
Marshall sets off an explosion that kills him. It was accidental, though, due to what he was wearing and the electrically-charged desk.
Lamont, using the Shadow's voice, calls Weston. Later, he talks to Harry and Margo and says the Shadow's work is done.
