Shadow serial part 6 The Shadow's Trap
Selective editing. In this review of the fight, the Shadow knocks the guy in the back seat out with one punch, and does the same to the guy in the front seat. In the five episode, though, when the Shadow fought the guy in the back there were numerous punches thrown. Also, when the Shadow's car came alongside and the Shadow was hanging outside the car to make his jump, why didn't the crook in the back seat shoot him? Also, the crook driving the car could have turned the wheel to the left and bumped the Shadow's car, maybe causing it to crash.
The Shadow grabs the ray weapon and jumps before the car crashes.
Back to the Cobalt Club.
Margo's been listening to the radio from the Black Tiger. It seems the messages are being said backwards.
This is a dictograph. It's sort of like a very early version of a tape recorder.
The Shadow realizes the messages are backwards. They tell the crooks to destroy the hanger that the plane was being stored in.
Lamont explains that no one knew about Weston and Cardona heading towards the hanger except for the Cobalt Club members, so one of them is either the Black Tiger or is at least working for him.
Weston and Cardona get to the hanger.
The crooks lock the two in the control room.
The crooks overload the equipment and it explodes.
The Shadow fights the crooks. They flee, the Shadow unlocks the door and leaves.
She finds out a guy named Frank Milford of the newspaper owns the land that the hanger is on.
The crooks capture her.
Lamont gets to the lab and finds the note from Margo.
The Shadow gets to Milford's home. (The cab's left front headlight isn't working.)
The shadow gets into a fight with the two crooks left behind.
They enter a room the Shadow had just been in. Milford is dead.
She falls down the elevator shaft, and the crooks plan to use the elevator to squish her.
