Margo sees someone murdered. Shiwan Khan captures Lois and the boy. Khan arranges to steal bombs since he wants to throw the entire world into chaos, but the Shadow breaks up the plot.

Still, in the end, Shiwan Khan escapes. The quality of the stories and the quality of the artwork continue to be quite good.
