Shadow Strikes 11

Margo is out walking alone and some guy assaults her, claiming that he wants money for something. Harry and Margo go out on a date, but Harry tells he the Shadow does not want them seeing each other socially.

At a play Margo goes towards the restroom but some guy interrupts her, calling her Margaret. She also recognizes the guy. One very interesting thing this series of comics is doing is giving Margo a backstory, rather than just some pretty woman that Lamont/The Shadow takes into his confidence.

The guy claims Margo owes him some money. Margo later meets with Harry and the Shadow and reveals that she was once married to a stock broker. He was involved in illegal stock trading and later supposedly drowned himself.

She's attack in her own room. The Shadow defends her, but falls out the window with two attackers. The guy she met that wants the money then appears and threatens to shoot her, but her husband from the past appears and kills the guy, then leaves.
