Shadow Strikes 21

This is another story involving one of the most famous of the Shadow's foes, Shiwan Khan. It starts with some Chinese watching the building where messages are left for the Shadow, and two of them attack someone picking up the messages.

Various agents of the Shadow are captured. Then the Shadow himself seems to be caught in a trap set by Shiwan Khan.
