Brains does the narration, starting by saying they are a secret organization and Tracy Island is their base.
Brains talks about the various Thunderbirds and their capabilities, and shows clips of things they have been used for.
Thunderbird 2 was once shot down by the U.S. Navy, accidentally, of course. Following that there's a good scene of how the cargo sections are used and what kinds of vehicles they carry.
Thunderbird 3 is for space rescues and is also a link to Thunderbird 5, an orbiting space station.
Thunderbird 4 is an underwater craft carried to the place needed by Thunderbird 3 using pod 4.
Brains then goes into a discussion of the various personnel involved in International Rescue. There's some very good clips in this section.
Brains even talks about Lady Penelope and her pink Rolls Royce.
Parker, her butler, was once a safecracker and she makes use of his talents in one episode.
Later Brains talks about a villain that opposes them, The Hood.
