Kashimashi episode 1

The spaceship arrives.

The mountain.

Male Hazumu is going on a nature hike, identifying plants.

The episode title, clearly pointing out that Hazumu is a young boy.

The high school he and the others attend.

Tomari.

Yasuna.

He remembers a time when he and Yasuna had a falling in. Literally.

It's established that he looks like a girl and behaves like one in some ways. (Past events)He ends up liking Yasuna but is kind of backwards in approaching her to say so. His friends encourage him to tell her how he feels about her. He eventually asked her out but she turned him down.

Then it's back to the spaceship. Something goes majorly wrong.

Hazumu's mother and father who are rather weird, especially his father.

The equally strange teacher, Namiko. She's Hazumu's home room teacher.

She is very stuck on this problem.

Tomari's feelings for Hazumu become clearly evident.

The ship crashes. Right on top of Hazumu.

They save Hazumu's life but he ends up changing into a she. The ship then flies over the city.

Ship crashes, boy Hazumu goes squish, aliens apologize, Hazumu's now a girl.
