Kashimashi Volume 2
Tomari is definitely becoming jealous of Yasuna. The story starts with them going to the beach. Asuta, an old male friend of Hazumu, is there. Then they plan to go to a festival. We find that Hazumu has a terrible time making decisions which causes him a lot of trouble when Tomari and Yasuna are involved. They also make plans to an aquarium.
Hazumu does not seem to have a lot of difficulty being changed into a girl, taking a rather pragmatic view of things.
