Erasure

Another tribute group. This CD has four ABBA songs:

Lay All Your Love on Me: No where near as good as the original. Only one person sings, and that's a guy. It just doesn't work with this song.

SOS: Again, no female vocals. You just can't do songs like these from ABBA and leave the girls out entirely. It does not work. Even the instrumental background doesn't work on this song.

Take a Chance on Me: Again no females, again a non-working song.

Voulez-Vous: Something was accomplished with this song that I thought wasn't possible. It's even worse than the other three.
