Delicious Gakuin, episode 3

Rin has started giving makeovers to other students.
Rouma is accused of stealing a crystal from a piece of Rin's jewelry.
Another delicious battle is coming up.
The theme for the battle.
The punishment for the loser.
Shugo, the class president, is behind the whole thing, getting two students to play along. Rouma is really totally innocent, but Shugo wants to get back at him for the last competition, even though Shugo won. Not only is Rouma in trouble with him, but he has insulted the staff's collection of statues, etc.
His punishment is to undergo “special practice.”
Rouma is supposed to arrange the little balls into a “beautiful” pile, but Shugo is there to mess things up for him.
However, the staff knows what is going on.
Rouma got them piled up, although he cut each one in half to do so.
Rin prepared two chopsticks to do a special move he calls Rainbow Decoration.
Rouma waits (as he always seems to do) until his meter gets filled, then he acts.
