Hero, part 3

A guy threatens a woman with a knife, and Maiko gets mad at him for threatening the woman. Kuryu tries to push Maiko away (and get her away from the knife wielder) and ends up getting hurt a little, but one of the other office guys gets hurt worse and ends up on crutches.

The next day the guy's in Kuryu's office.

The guy who has a thing for Maiko gets an invitation to a party at the French's ambassadors suite (he was involved in a case for him), and invites Maiko to go along with him.

Kuryu and Maiko check out other men that the woman (who had been attacked) had been involved with and found out she has a history of getting money from men, leading them on to think she will marry them and then refusing to marry them.

Kuryu has gotten the guy to sue the woman for marriage fraud, but Kuryu's boss is getting tired of him doing things the way he does.
