Hero, episode 7

All the clerks are getting piled up with work to do. There's going to be an exam for clerks to take and, if they pass, they can become prosecutors. Maiko wants to take the exam.

An older guy, the head of a company, is being interviewed about whether or not he sexually assaulted a woman while on the train (he grabbed her rear end). On ten different occasions.

The woman is interviewed and she works at the same company as the guy. Or worked; she had been fired that morning.

The new clerk and two of the others are talking about quitting and opening up a crepe shop.

The slimy lawyer working for the guy told Kuryu a number of things about the woman accusing him which could be used in court against her (questioning her morality, etc.).

Kuryu is real nice to the guy's driver and, when the driver says he needs to go to the restroom and leaves Kuryu in the car alone, he has a chance to find the evidence he needs to nail the guy.

Maiko and the chief were meeting with a higher up about her taking the test, but Kuryu called and indicated they might have what they need on the older guy and she wants to go and help him. Even the driver gets mad and quits, saying what really happened with the guy. Even the guy's own secretary turns against him.
