Episode 4: "Timing is important in life and making omelettes"

A worker revolt is talking place. The employees are all mad at Sengoku and end up deciding to go on strike, leaving all the cooking, waiting, etc, to Rokuro, his brother, and Sengoku.

Sengoku, though, with his almost Taoist-like ways, manages to win the employees over one by one and this strengthens their desire to work hard for the quality of the restaurant.
