No Way episode 4
Katsura's efforts towards getting the kids to be more polite are working a little with Satsuki who blackmails Katsura into taking her somewhere if she will eat her reagular food rather than yogurt.
Ayame has come to pick up her suitcase. She and Hiro plan to look at houses far away from the mother-in-law who runs the shumai (Chinese dumpling) shop that Hiro works at.
Ayame and Sumire argue over who has the hardest job.
Satsuki gets mad as Ayame and Sumire make fun of Daiki and his crush on the widowed restaurant waitress.
It looks like the place Satsuki wanted to be taken is an amusement park of some sort.
Sumire thinks she and Sam/Pikachu are going to live together.
Sumire and Sam are eating at the Italian restaurant when Hiro and Ayame come in to eat also.
Hiro introduces himself to Sam. They are doing the traditional Japanese thing of exchanging business cards. This is a much more formal practice then how it is done in the U.S. For example, you are to hand the business card to the other person in a set fashion; the receiver is supposed to look at the card and admire it and carefully place the card in the regular business card holder he carries. No stuffing a card in a shirt pocket or anything like that.
Daiki is told that if he doesn't do better on the next exam he will be transferred out of the special class that prepares kids to get into Tokyo University (about the top-of-the-top-line place).
Ayame is riding Sam about Sumire and Sumire tells him that she already knows all about their affair. Ayame confronts Sam directly and then she and Hiro get into an argument.
Daiki visits the restaurant and sees a sign that they need part-time workers. This is after he has been beaten up by another kid. She is reluctant to hire him, explaining there are other things he should be doing. Students working part-time is generally frowned upon in Japan.
Katsura gets mad at Junichiro on the phone.
Sam now has trouble. Nov. 3 is his wedding anniversary (which he forgot) and he's already promised Sumire to spend that day with her since it is her birthday. He agrees to meet with his wife. He plans to lie to Sumire about an aunt passing away but he's not able to meet with Sumire alone to tell her. He leaves a message on her cell phone but she doesn't check it.
Another one of the interruptions with details added about restaurants in that area.
Katsura is out shopping when she spots Sam and his wife together.
Katsura calls Sam and wants to meet with him so they do. She basically reads him the riot act and then leaves. Sumire breaks up with Sam.
Sumire tells Katsura about breaking up with Sam and she's crying. Ayame comes home and says she wants a divorce (again).
