Bury the Axis

1943. This is not a cartoon, but a stop-motion type of thing that is unlike anything else I've seen so far in propaganda material. It's really funny.

I'll show some scans of the sections that deal with Hirohito, but Hitler and Mussolini are also in it. All the three main characters even have singing roles.

The group is then in some kind of giant tank and run up against the Americans and other Allied powers. The evil trio, of course, gets defeated.
