Japanese and Korean Exclusion League, July, 1907

This is a publication from the Japanese and Korean Exclusion League, which later became the Asiatic Exclusion League.

The President of the league talks about Japan not going to war with the U.S. because they don't have the needed money. He complains about Japanese coming in over the Canadian and Mexican borders. The report lists statistical information on immigration, and the report also contains their financial statement.

The financial statements, of course, help to see what kind of organizations were contributing money at the time. The biggest contributor listed was B.T.C. Santa Clara County ($60); followed by Musicians No. 6 ($39), and Carpenters No. 22 ($34.90.)
