Proceedings of the Asiatic Exclusion League , January 1910

As is usual, I'll just deal with the most interesting bits of the proceedings.

This is one of the proceedings that talks about the Hindus (sometimes they spell it Hindoos), so that's another group that the League disliked. In fact, most of this issue is about them.

A reference to an area trying to get rid of Japanese labor.

Reference to trying to get Japanese and Chinese out of cooking jobs, and a reference to apparently how members talk to people they know who employ Asiatics and trying to convince them of the “..dangers that would result from a continuance of such employment,” which can be taken as a statement of, what would be to them, a fact, or perhaps even a veiled threat that they either get rid of any Asiatics in their employ or the League or its friends will make something happen to them.
