2: Whites don't want to work with Japanese on farms.

3: The Japanese break their contracts, but so do whites.

4: The Japanese are law-abiding.

1: The agitation is over economic issues.

2: The Germans were responsible for some of the agitation.

3: The race problem there is not the same as in the South.
