Granada Charter

This is a ten-page publication. The first four pages state the charter in complete detail. The last six pages are in Japanese. The titles of the articles, though, are things run in regular issues of the newsletter.

Article 4: The Officers of the Council (It seems that is what it says; the print at this spot is not good).

Article 5: Procedures.

Article 6: Functions of the Council.

Article 7: The Judicial Commission.

Article 8: The Arbitration Commission.

Article 9: Amendments.

Article 10: Ad Option of Charter (?) I'm not sure of the wording here.
