Ultimate Lethal Kamikaze attack missile weapon (You Tube)
A ohka (also spelled oka, and referred to as a baka bomb) attacks a destroyer that had been hit by a regular kamikaze earlier. The ohka destroys the middle of the ship and it quickly sinks.
The program was referred to as 'the divine thunder-god corps.'v

The video says only 7 ships were damaged and/or sunk by the ohka. The problem was the delivery system; the ohka had to be carried to a certain distance from its target by the Betty bombers, and those planes were fairly easy to shoot down.
