This was another former CCC camp. The camp was occupied between May 1943 and May 1945 by 256 Japanese aliens, some Caucasian civilian employees and a Japanese American interpreter. They were all basically paid highway construction workers. Of the Japanese internees, 28 came from Peru, 2 from Mexico and 2 from Panama. Almost nothing remains of the camp.
