The Effects of Strategic Bombing on Japanese Morale

This is one of a variety of reports put out in 1947 that did very through analyses of the effects of bombing on Japan. This one in particular examines morale as it related to our bombing, both regular bombing and the atomic bombs. The original document is around 280 long. I have left out some chapters that I did not feel were that critical, and I have condensed the other chapters.

I have taken sections of the report and will put them on just as they came in the report and then I will offer a slight comment on each section.

There are, at times, photographs included in the report and the following include some of those in this report.
