Seein' Red, White and Blue

Bluto gets his draft notice. Popeye works at the draft board. Bluto is trying to get out of serving. Popeye tells Bluto he's been accepted and Bluto decides to hurt himself to get out of serving.

He jumps out a window, makes a crater, and the devil throws him out.

Some Japanese spies are working in a building disguised as an orphanage when Popeye drops in. They disguise themselves as children then move to attack him.

Bluto comes to Popeye's aid.

Both the Emperor and Hitler get clobbered in the cartoon.
