The Strange Case of Hirohito's Devil Men

This is from the Street & Smith comic book The Shadow, volume 5, number 7. It's not a Shadow story, though. It's a typical racist type of story that appeared during World War II. The Japanese characters are drawn with almost bright yellow skin.

Two of the Japanese are involved in a murder and are making models of the bridges in the city, possibly for use in a sabotage attack later. The story shows the Japanese (Japs in the story) in the usual ultra-negative light of the time.
