Actors and Actresses
The Green Book Magazine ran a whole series of articles on Maude Adams in 1914 and 1915. I managed to buy one of the original magazines but they are very hard to find and usually a little expensive.
I then found a site that uses the Google Digitized materials. There was a problem as I went through the articles, though. A fair number of the scans were not done well; in some only half a page of the original page is reproduced. Further, none of the 1915 magazines seemed to have been scanned.
Because the articles are so good and so relevant I am putting the scans below. Note, though, that maybe as much as 10% of the scans have problems and there is nothing I can do about that as I have been unable to find anywhere else that scanned the original articles using a different process.
Because the part of the series I was able to get ran nine sections, I'll just list each date below leading to a separate page for that issue.
