Asterix and Obdelix have to go fishing. There's a bad storm and then they encounter the usual group of pirates. They take the pirates food, eat it, and set out again, running into another storm. They end up in North America and make friends with the Native Americans.
Then they encounter some Vikings and get a ride on their boat, finally leaving the Viking village and making their way back home.
One of the least funny of the series.
