The final book in the Lush series has Bluebell discovering the dark secret of Concord and the council that runs the organization. A lot of questions get answered, such as is her real mother alive or not? Is there any kind of civilization outside of the four Concords? Who actually staged the attack in Concord 3? Where are the four Concords actually located? What happened to the states in the United States? If people are told the truth, the full truth of Concord, what will they do? Will they revolt and topple the government? Will they leave or will they stay?

As you can see the final book in the series answers a lot of major questions and serves as a satisfying, in a somewhat depressing, solution to what has been going on and what can be done about it?
