Davy Crockett and the Pirates at Cave-In Rock

This is another of the books which is a reference to the Davy Crockett series that Disney did. Davy and Georgie are captured by what had been friendly Indians and find out that some whites have been dressing up as Indians and attacking riverboats. Davy and Georgie say they will find the guys and stop them.

This involves teaming up with Mike Fink and there's a good bit of action that goes on. Again, if you saw the Davy Crockett series, then the text of the book will bring back vivid images of what happened.
