Crime in the Queen's Court

George and Bess are involved in a River Heights Elizabethan fair complete with jugglers, dancers, sword fighting, Romeo and Juliet and a Queen and her retinue. Nancy and Bess will bewith the Queen while George helps out behind the scenes.

The characters include Dean, an actor full of himself; Schotter, the director; Josh, the main helper and Martine, the person playing the Queen.

Right from the start there are problems with sharp things falling on people, things collapsing, mysterious poems left at the scenes and an arrow nearly hitting Nancy.

and the group have to figure out who is causing the problems and why they are causing them, neither of which will be easy. It's another good story in the series. The reason I read this one was the Elizabethan fair concept since I'm interested in history.
